Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Watan Threads. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy. Your satisfaction is our priority.
If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

We recommend using a tracked service for your return. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 working days of receiving the item. Exchanges are processed once your original item has been received and inspected.
